Nathan Shahani founded PIECE in Los Angeles, California during the summer of 2015. A connoisseur of desserts and graduate in art history at NYU, Nathan combines aesthetic and confectionary beauty to create cakes of simple elegance, in both taste and appearance. Referencing Rococo art and traditional English rose gardens, PIECE cakes embody lighthearted whimsy and are often finished with fresh floral decoration for vivid color and vitality.
